Our client's Eastside Road property, in Sonoma County, was in need of some replanting as well as rejuvenation pruning.  The client had purchased it from a sheep farmer, who had been letting his sheep graze in the olive orchard among the small, young trees.  The sheep found these trees palatable, and consumed about half of the orchard.  Our clients, decided to try and revive the orchard and bring it into production for the first time.  After fencing out the sheep, we removed the dead trees and replanted, and did some minor rejuvenation pruning on the trees that had survived. We are happy to report that the orchard produced it's first crop in 2015.
